Q: What does it cost?
A: Shirts start at $14.00 and fluctuate depending on quantity, size, placement and application type.
Q: Do I have to pay up front?
A: Yes a minimium of 50% is required before an order will be started.
Q: Will all of my DTG prints look the same?
A: No, Although the prints are similar there will be variations.
Q: Does it cost more to print on the front and back?
A: Yes, each image placement outside the 12″x 14″ print area will have it’s own cost depending on size and placement and application type.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Only if you order 25+ of the same shirt, design and style or sign up as a bulk business client.
Q: I have a team the will require different names and number on the back. Can you make these?
A: Yes and some team order are large enough to qualify for bulk pricing. Please email a list of what name/number goes on what size shirt. This will help ensure spelling and give us a list to check off to ensure the order is correct.

Q: Can you print something with my favorite team/character?
A: Due to copyright laws we ask that you refrain from asking us to break the law. We stay in enough trouble without outside help.
Q: Where are you?
A: In efforts to keep prices low Mel Squared opted to work from a home office.
Once the project is completed we offer free delivery in Clovis, NM.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Once art work has been approved, allow 4-7 Business days

Q: What kind or shirt will I get?
A: For best print quality we use Next Level Apparel and Anvil. Other brands available upon request.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We strive to make all custom shirts right and therefore will not print until you have approved the design. Spelling, grammar mistakes are non-refundable. If you ordered the wrong size on custom shirts they are non-refundable. If you ordered the wrong size on pre-made designs offered by Mel Squared are available for exchange (store credit if none in correct size)
Q: Can you help with my design?
A: Yes, for a small fee we can design or alter your artwork.

Q: Can I send you a completed design to have printed?
A: Absolutely! Here are a few guidelines that must be followed to ensure there are no problems getting your product finished quickly.
Max. printing area: 12×16 inches
DPI: All images should be submitted in no less than 150 dpi, however if your image has fine details, we suggest submitting the image at 300 dpi.
Submitted files should be the size they will be printed. We will not make a smaller picture bigger. If you have multiple size shirts/prints submit the image at the size of the largest print.
Best format for submitting files: Transparent background PNG, Transparent background PDF or Transparent background PSD
Worst format for submitting files: .jpg
The standard printing area men’s or unisex T-shirts is 12×16”
The standard printing area for women’s T-shirts is 10×12”
The standard printing area for youth T-shirts is 8×10”
Photoshop templates are available upon request for specialty items.
